		<description>Nicole,

Every time somebody talks it’s just his/her opinion. I really enjoy your blog and appreciate your work and research and that you “share” your knowledge and “finds” with us. I always say: “books are not written , they are re-written” and so it is with knowledge.
Our knowledge comes from articles, books, talking to other people and listening ......
The important part is that we “share” what we know and let people make up their own minds about it.
Sharing knowledge is a great trait and I really appreciate that you do it so well.
Keep up the great work. Can’t wait to see what else you find out there!

		<description>Nicole,

Keep up the good work and don&#039;t listen to folks who think that &quot;showcasing your business skills, expertise, and brand offerings&quot; is what amounts to thought leadership. Certainly being seen as an authority on your subject is critical, but it&#039;s also important that a thought leader be trusted, be a resource, be engaging, be willing to share. The thought leader doesn&#039;t have to do all the thinking. The folks at raintoday.com published research on the characteristics of thought leaders: they love what they do; they&#039;re driven to teach others; they actively reach out and communicate; they&#039;re willing to take risks with their message; they learn from others; they risk today&#039;s time for tomorrow&#039;s benefit; and they don&#039;t take success for granted.

Keep sharing,
