Geeks are people who love something so much

that all the details matter - Melissa Mayer

What makes us different from the rest? We have an automation framework that is already built that we can integrate into your existing organization. We are then able to get you up and running while minimizing the time and effort required for tool selection, as this can be a lengthy process for many businesses. From here we focus on getting the test automation scripts created and potentially training your resources to use the framework.

Without our assistance, the selection and effort required to get a framework of tools working etc. will have to be done internally — and that’s before even taking test automation into consideration. Whereas we’ll come into your organization with a pre-packaged solution — taking a significant portion of the legwork out of the equation.

Many companies do not do test automation because it’s hard to set up and integrate into their development process. We will help you change that process. There are some companies that have pockets of groups working on some parts of test automation but are unable to build anything that is standardized across the organization. And that’s where we come in.

  • There are more women than men in the workplace and social media sphere

  • BUT… Only 25% of IT jobs are held by women

  • Only 11% of positions in fortune 500 companies are held by women

  • Only 5% of tech start ups are owned by them

  • YET… ROI is 34% higher for tech companies with more women in management

As a women owned and run company we aim to change these stats and commit to mentoring women in the area of IT and engineering. We plan to spend 25% - 30% of our time mentoring women in the Software Quality Testing Services business, with the goal of hiring these women to work on BC@D Group team projects as we grow. We will also encourage them to pay it forward — mentoring other women themselves — so that we can be the change we want to see in the IT industry and collectively grow female market share, while ensuring we shatter as many glass ceilings as possible.
