Creative Tech and the Future of Behavioral Targeting of Your Customers

    May 1st, 2011

I tweeted the other day Digitally creative, innovative, design savvy, experiential , savvy to the user experience, agile, hungry = creative tech agency – So what does this mean and or refer to?

I was thinking about our small boutique agency. As we continue to grow and create successful campaigns for our clients, we work to carve out a space for those companies who greatly desire our skill, expertise, creative tech skills & bandwidth -while meeting and exceeding their objectives. Yes and keeping the money in their pockets with low cost innovation and implementation and high returns. Some believe the more “likers” and followers you have the better success you will be – yet they forget that it is quality not quantity you want via information and engagement. There is today no accident that your neighbor, former high school teacher, doctor, dentist and boss former & current are all on Facebook. (Yes we may all want to take an extra minute to review our privacy settings) It means that all the brands you can think of, businesses, products and services know we are all there too and they are looking for new marcom partners and business advisers to help them reach all of us. Both online and offline. It will be those such as ourselves with a wealth of award winning traditional talent and  savvy experiential technical talent – who clearly understand and can translate that user experience – on an array of platforms, that will help you knock it out of the park- in reaching that customer in the place you desire to have them go. The World Before Social Networking…

    June 1st, 2010

Before there was social networking there was real-world networking. And you know what? It came with drinks and hors d’oeuvres, so it wasn’t all that bad.”

Retail, Foursquare and Gowalla = a Good Union

    May 11th, 2010

After all this time it is now common knowledge that I began my career in the fashion business. One of the great things about fashion is the SHARINGof trends, styles, colors, fabrics, brands, prices and price points, purchases, retailers etc. Long before technology was a basic daily necessity – fashion was one of those products that was spread via print, tv, radio and of course – most of all word of mouth. Samples sales in New York City were the name of the day and in the many years I spent there – that hot information came via word of mouth. No texts or emails – maybe a phone call from a landline with a cord attached (lol) – but it has been a long standing industry where the SHARING of its many facets – help build many of the top brands we all know and love today. How to Be Heard on Social Networks

    December 22nd, 2009

Hi everyone – sorry for the lack of posts the last few days. As the year comes to an end and the holiday season kicks into high gear, we here at Share are busy little elfs!

One of the most important issues for your customer is to know that when they connect with or engage with you about a challenge or concern that they are having, they will be heard. From your perspective, you want to create systems in your social media platforms that will make sure that you are listening and responding in real-time as much as possible—or within a reasonable time frame—to each concern that you receive. I think many of the applications that make social media most successful—the  tried and true basics—come in to play in these sorts of situations.

Want to Know What A Great Viral Video Looks Like?

    December 8th, 2009

Social media is no longer a phenomenon for most businesses. Many have yet to jump into the mix, but we no longer need to spell it out for them. That’s progress people! As for where social media is going, we’re looking at web video and mobile, from my perspective. I love videos. They are funny, you get to see someone in real-time, and you can connect with and share them so easily. Many videos are funny or inspiring—and can’t we all use some humour or inspiration now and then?

Purchasing a $2000.00 Dress Online Via A Blackberry – An Online Retail Success Story

    September 3rd, 2009

As I am sure many of you know, my business background began in the fashion industry. Just like Natalie Massenet, I dreamed of being in the fashion business from the time I was a little girl. After realizing my dream of going to FIT and working in the fashion industry for 16 years (before moving on to use my skills of brand strategy to build our business today), I am still incredibly passionate about fashion to this day.
